nukeit

2026 · An Android app that fires kill-switch actions on your own machines over SSH with one tap: lock the screen, end sessions, run emergency scripts or a secure wipe.

nukeit is built for the moment something goes wrong on a machine you're away from: an unattended laptop, a session that shouldn't be open, a server that has to go quiet. Instead of finding a terminal and typing commands under pressure, you open the app and press one button.

You add each machine once, with its host, SSH credentials, OS profile and network scope, save the scripts and shortcuts you'd want in an emergency, and fire them from your phone wherever your network reaches. It only acts on machines you have set up and authorised yourself.

Highlights

  • One-tap execution of pre-saved scripts and keyboard shortcuts over SSH, so locking a machine or ending a session takes a single press instead of a terminal session.
  • Kill-switch runbooks for your own infrastructure: immediate lock, forced logout, service shutdown and containment scripts, plus an optional secure-wipe workflow you wire once and run when you decide the risk is too high.
  • Reachability checks that try ICMP first and fall back to TCP on the SSH port, to cope with real-world networks.
  • Per-machine profiles (host, SSH credentials, OS profile, network scope) turn setup into three steps: add the machine, prepare scripts and keys, execute. Ships as an Android APK (v1.2.0) from its own landing site.
